Job summary

Arup invites graduates to join as a Graduate Technical Advisory Consultant in San Francisco, starting 2027. You will support technical and commercial due diligence, risk analysis, and input management across transportation, energy, water, and other sectors.

You will leverage your degree in engineering or construction management, Excel skills, and familiarity with project tools to synthesize data, prepare analyses, and contribute to proposals.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar with relevant coursework.
• Demonstrate interest in the built environment/infrastructure sectors.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects and stay organized in a changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team-based work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in technical and commercial due diligence reviews, construction and O&M monitoring across sectors.
• Analyze risks including cost, schedule, design, contracts, permitting; request and manage project information.
• Prepare analyses, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and coordinate inputs from other consultants.
• Assist with proposals according to deadlines.
