Job summary

Legrand AV, Inc. is seeking a graduate student intern to support the Talent, Engagement, and Inclusion team across talent attraction, candidate experience, and leadership development program support.

The role offers cross-functional exposure, mentorship from HR leaders, and hands-on project work including interviews guides, engagement tracking, and onboarding review. You will collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Talent Acquisition across multiple managers, while managing your own time and

Qualifications

Graduate student internship; MBA/MHRM/MSOD or related field preferred.
Strong Excel, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis familiarity.

Responsibilities

Support Talent Attraction and Candidate Experience initiatives (careers site, LinkedIn, interview guides).
Assist Employee Engagement action planning and tracking materials.
Support Leadership Development program work including onboarding reviews and data analysis across LDPs.
Coordinate orientation planning and 2027 lifecycle events across stakeholders.
Manage own schedule across multiple managers and projects.
