Renewable Careers is seeking a Graduate Sustainability Analyst to join its environmental advisory team. You will support carbon accounting, building-environment strategies, and data-driven ESG projects for clients across real estate and municipal sectors.

As a recent graduate, you will progress through an 18-month mentorship to become an autonomous consultant, with a hybrid work model and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Environmental Science, Sustainable Infrastructure, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
• Ability to translate dense scientific metrics into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Carbon Accounting & Reporting: assist in compiling Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG inventories using enterprise sustainability software.
• Built Environment Strategy: collaborate with engineering/architecture teams to hit LEED, WELL, or local energy compliance codes.
• Data Analytics & Modeling: build data models tracking client resource usage (water, waste, energy).
• ESG Materiality: perform market research to identify and prioritize ESG risks for clients.
