Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Campbellsville University graduate program in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to tutor or provide academic assistance within competency areas.
• Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling student information.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct student support and engagement at the BASC.
• Offer individual or small-group tutoring based on competency.
• Assist with academic success planning, goal setting, and study strategies.
• Support student outreach via email, phone, or text.
• Help develop and facilitate workshops and BASC programming.
• Assist with BASC daily operations and resource maintenance.
• Create and maintain academic resources and study guides.
• Collaborate with BASC staff and campus partners to connect students with resources.
• Document student contacts and tutoring sessions for progress tracking.
• Support events, orientation activities, and special initiatives.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and student-centered interaction.
