Job summary

The position involves administrative duties, test proctoring, and interacting with examinees, faculty, and staff. Training on national testing standards will be provided to ensure test integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at Florida Polytechnic University.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• GPA 3.0+ and 12 credits in most recent term completed.
• Proctoring or teaching experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Check students in at the Testing Center.
• Maintain a quiet testing atmosphere.
• Distribute and collect testing materials.
• Coordinate with faculty to obtain materials and return them promptly.
• Actively proctor exams and enforce testing rules.
• Assist students with special accommodations.
• Maintain confidentiality of testing materials.
• Operate AIM communications tool.
• Perform other duties and projects as needed.
