Qualifications
- Master's degree in structural, civil, or architectural engineering with emphasis on structures.
- Coursework in structural analysis, advanced steel design and advanced reinforced concrete design.
- Coursework in earthquake engineering is strongly preferred.
- Structural project design experience via prior internship or coursework projects.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the progression and delivery of structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Perform detailed structural analysis, design, and calculations.
- Participate in interdisciplinary project meetings.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
- Support structural embodied carbon assessments and sustainability initiatives.
- Contribute to site visits and help monitor construction progress.
