You will own key targeting components within the TikTok ads monetization ecosystem, collaborate with product and business teams on vision, and contribute to scalable, high‑impact solutions. Applicants should be graduating within 12 months and ready to onboard by year end.

Qualifications

• PhD or expected soon in CS/SE/CE or related field.
• Strong ML theory and practical experience with algorithms.
• Excellent programming in Go, C/C++, Python.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks and large-scale systems.
