Job summary

Alfa Laval’s Career Pathways Program is a 10-month development experience designed to launch recent graduates into a dynamic global organization. It provides immersive learning, hands-on assignments, and exposure to multiple business functions across divisions such as Food & Pharma, Water & Wastewater, Energy, and Ocean.

Participants gain broad business exposure, collaborate on cross-functional projects, and build a strong professional network, with relocation assistance to US locations upon

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a technical field is required.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher expected.
• Strong technical acumen and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to interpret technical data from multiple sources.
• Proven customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Alfa Laval products, technologies, markets, customers, and business operations across all divisions.
• Participate in structured training and development activities to build technical, commercial, and operational knowledge.
• Collaborate with peers and leaders on cross-functional projects that support business objectives.
• Develop an understanding of how various functions work together to deliver value to customers.
• Build relationships with teams across engineering, sales, service, operations, finance, supply chain, and other key areas.
• Apply problem-solving skills and contribute new ideas to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Gain exposure to customer-focused solutions and the industries Alfa Laval serves.
• Upon successful completion, transition into a full-time role.
