Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Environmental Science or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with practical application.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in developing as a leader.
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Geographic flexibility and willingness to travel across JM locations.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotational placements over 2.5 years across Science, Commercial and Operations.
• Lead and support business-critical projects to improve performance, sustainability and growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues across global teams to deliver solutions.
• Apply technical and analytical skills to solve complex challenges.
• Build leadership capability through structured development and senior exposure.
