Job summary

Johnson Matthey US LEAD Graduate Rotational Program offers three placements over 2.5 years across Science, Commercial and Operations, developing future leaders in a global sustainability company.

You will lead and support projects, collaborate with colleagues across JM locations, and apply technical and analytical skills to improve performance, efficiency and innovation while building leadership capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Environmental Science or related field; Master’s a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with practical application.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in developing as a future leader.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotational placements over 2.5 years across Science, Commercial and Operations.
• Lead and support business-critical projects to improve performance, sustainability and growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues across global teams to deliver solutions and build business understanding.
• Apply technical and analytical skills to solve complex challenges and identify opportunities.
• Build leadership capability through structured development and exposure to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to projects creating value through innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement.
