Johnson Matthey Plc is seeking a JM LEAD Graduate to join a world leader in platinum group metals. You will rotate across Science, Commercial and Operations over 2.5 years and work on projects that improve performance, sustainability and growth.

Collaborate with colleagues worldwide while developing leadership capabilities. The role emphasizes applying technical and analytical skills, solving complex challenges, and building broad business understanding with exposure to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Environmental Science or related field (minimum 3.2 GPA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with practical application.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in developing as a future leader.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and own deliverables.
• Geographic flexibility and willingness to travel across JM locations.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotational placements over 2.5 years across Science, Commercial and Operations.
• Lead and support business-critical projects to improve performance and sustainability.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver solutions and broaden business understanding.
• Apply technical and analytical skills to solve challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build leadership capability through development and stakeholder exposure.
• Contribute to value creation through innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement.
