Job summary

Westlake’s Graduate Rotational Opportunities (GROW) program develops newly graduated chemical engineers through 3–5 years of varied rotations. You will gain on-the-job experience, leadership training and real project exposure across multiple Westlake sites.

Rotations include Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects and more, with mentorship to empower you to engineer creative solutions that advance product and process innovation.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Willing to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for 3-5 years.
• Ability to obtain TWIC (Transportation Worker’s Identification Card).
• Strong teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multiple rotations across Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, and more.
• Work under a mentor to develop leadership and technical competencies.
• Contribute to process improvement, cost savings and safety initiatives.
• Engage in local day-to-day operations at Westlake locations.
