Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Willing to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for 3-5 years
• Ability to obtain TWIC

Responsibilities

• Work under a mentor in your focus area.
• Rotations across Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, Continuous Improvement, Process Controls, and Business Management.
• Contribute to process and product innovation and problem-solving.
• Develop leadership skills and deliver high-performance teamwork with safety at the forefront.
