Participants rotate through disciplines, gain technical and commercial skills, and are mentored by experienced professionals, preparing for leadership roles in a dynamic, project-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Environmental).
• Progress toward certifications such as EIT/PE where applicable.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction to meet requirements, on time and within budget.
• Complete structured rotations across key functions from concept to execution and handover.
• Contribute to discipline activities during rotations, including engineering studies, project controls, and field execution.
