Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is seeking a registered nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care after orientation. The role involves collaborating with the nursing team to develop care plans and ensure patient and family satisfaction across shifts.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an approved nursing program, licensed or awaiting licensure, with preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or awaiting licensure.
Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care under RN supervision after orientation, achieving positive outcomes and satisfaction for patients, residents and families.
Manage patient care by performing nursing assessments and delegating to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
Collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective plans of care and communicate patient information across shifts.
