Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is offering the CRB Graduate Development Program (GDP), a non-rotational, 17‑month program that develops a broad knowledge base, varied skills, and a diverse network within CRB. Participants receive a 1‑week orientation followed by onboarding training to understand the different functions within the business and how they contribute to client risk solutions.

Locations include New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, Houston, Dallas, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Preferred majors include Risk Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Liberal Arts, Geology (BS), Environmental Geology (BS), Sociology
  • Graduation date between May 2026 – May 2027
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Demonstrated time and task management skills
  • Ability to take direction and deliver accurate work
  • Relationship management and customer focus; able to interface with customers and collaborate internally
  • Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely without Visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Gather information and analytics to assess and evaluate client risks to support the placement of client risks into the market.
  • Create Loss Summaries, review program binders for accuracy, check policies, and assist brokers and senior brokers
  • Prepare draft submission documents and finalize submissions for delivery with support of more experienced brokers
  • Review quotes against specifications and develop side-by-side comparisons with guidance
  • Prepare program proposals with senior broker support
  • Develop client and prospect presentations to secure new and existing relationships
  • Assist on deliverables for Client Renewal Strategy Meetings and RFPs
  • Research market solutions to identify optimum risk solutions for clients
  • Facilitate initial introductions to carriers and trading partners
  • Begin understanding core insurance principles and brokerage concepts
  • Ensure quality and compliance procedures and processes are adhered to
  • Record and maintain information on systems including Broking Platform
  • Obtain the required insurance licenses within specified timelines
