Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is hiring for its 17-month Corporate Risk & Broking Graduate Development Program, based in New York City or Chicago. You will gain hands-on experience, rotate through placement areas, and build expertise in insurance, analytics, and risk design.

Graduates will develop models, analyze risk data, and prepare client deliverables while collaborating with consultants and brokers. Start date is August 2, 2027, with a strong emphasis on integrity and client service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA; graduation expected between May 2026 and May 2027.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills; R and one or more actuarial exams are advantageous for actuarial-focused work.
  • Strong analytical, research, communication, collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop proficiency in insurance, brokerage, actuarial, analytics, and alternative risk concepts.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and use of proprietary risk and program-design models.
  • Analyze exposure, loss, statistical, market, and industry data to assess risk and financial impact.
  • Prepare clear client deliverables, presentations, submissions, proposals, research, and sales collateral.
  • Collaborate with consultants, actuaries, brokers, account leaders, clients, and insurance markets.
  • Support placement and renewal activities, including program design, quotation review, comparisons, binders, and policy checks.
  • Communicate complex concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow all quality, compliance, and operational procedures.
