Job summary

California Baptist University in Riverside, CA seeks a Coordinator of Graduate Retention and Re-Entry to develop and drive initiatives that support graduate student retention and re-enrollment. You will analyze data, coordinate with academic departments, and implement targeted outreach to re-engage former students and guide them back to degree completion.

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant higher education experience.
• Experience in student services, retention, or enrollment management preferred.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized guidance to students regarding re-entry and enrollment.
• Plan and implement retention and persistence initiatives.
• Develop, analyze, and communicate retention and re-entry reports.
• Design targeted outreach and re-recruitment strategies for former students.
• Coordinate re-entry programs addressing academic, financial, and personal barriers.
• Foster relationships through proactive coaching and re-admission consultations.
• Collaborate with offices to facilitate continuation and re-entry pathways.
• Monitor metrics and propose data-informed improvements.
