Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in respiratory therapy is required.
• No prior experience required.
• CRT eligibility and required certifications must be obtained per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive respiratory care per standards.
• Operate ventilators and assist with bedside procedures.
• Administer medications and therapies per orders.
• Educate patients on therapy goals and self-care.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to manage patient care.
• Promote safety and report incidents as appropriate.
