Job summary

Lubbock Christian University in Lubbock, Texas seeks a full-time recruiter to advance enrollment for its graduate counseling programs. The role focuses on on-site outreach across the South Plains and West Texas, building partnerships with schools, districts, and behavioral health organizations.

You will manage inquiries, maintain Slate records, and shepherd prospective students through the application, financial aid, and admissions steps, collaborating with Graduate Studies and University

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in sales, direct marketing, or social media marketing required.
• Experience in higher education recruiting, graduate admissions, or enrollment management is a plus.
• No background in counseling is required.

Responsibilities

• On-site recruiting at schools, agencies, hospitals, and organizations across South Plains and West Texas.
• Travel for recruiting events as needed.
• Build and sustain relationships with regional employers and school districts for a pipeline of prospective students.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and online with documented follow-up cadence.
• Maintain prospect records in Slate and report activity.
• Guide prospective students through application, financial aid, and admission processes.
• Collaborate with undergraduate programs to cultivate internal pipelines.
• Coordinate with University Marketing on content and campaigns.
