Job summary

Dow Inc. invites new graduate Bachelor and Masters candidates to join our Early Career Research & Development program. You will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and help deploy new products across diverse R&D areas in North America.

As a BS/MS researcher, you will troubleshoot, learn rapidly, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Relocation and multiple locations may apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
Graduation date no later than September 2027.
Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement technical solutions and optimize processes.
Assist deployment of new products and technologies and troubleshoot customer problems.
Contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals and align with business objectives.
Work across R&D functions such as process research, technical service & development, and data science/engineering.
