Job summary

Dow Inc. invites new graduate Bachelor and Masters candidates to join its Early Career Program in Research & Development across North America.

As an R&D researcher, you will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and stay current with developments in key technologies while contributing to Dow's sustainability goals. Candidates should hold a science degree, be available to graduate by Sep 2027, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• U.S. based position requires US work eligibility; no visa sponsorship included.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Optimize processes and applications across R&D functions.
• Assist in deployment of new products and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and support Dow’s customer problems and sustainability goals.
