Job summary

Dow Inc. invites new graduate Bachelor and Master’s candidates to join our Research & Development Early Career Program in locations across North America, including Texas.

As a BS/MS researcher, you will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and stay current with relevant technology developments. You’ll have opportunities in process research, technical service & development, pilot plant technology, and data science/engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Graduation date of no later than September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Optimize processes and applications; troubleshoot and solve customer problems.
