Job summary

This full-time role provides administrative support for the school's three graduate degree programs and serves as the primary contact for current and prospective students.

You will help with graduate admissions, onboarding, relocation, fellowships, stipends, and coordinate studio travel and jury critics, including international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 to 6 years experience.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Adobe.
• Ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated administrative support for graduate student processes, including admissions, onboarding, relocation, fellowships, and stipends.
• Act as the primary faculty point of contact for graduate courses, delivering logistical support related to studio travel and the calendaring of room assignments.
• Coordinate travel logistics for studio travel and review by jury critics, including domestic and international trips.
• Ensure systematic digital collection of student work and academic course content at semester end.
• Manage the School's Summer Career Discovery Program in collaboration with faculty lead and teaching assistants.
• Prepare and distribute general academic communications to the School’s student body.
