Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution with a minimum of four years related exempt experience, including two years of supervisory experience.
• SB 1310: Substitution of work experience for postsecondary education requirements.
• Related work experience may not substitute for licensure, certification, or registration required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program recruitment and outreach activities to support enrollment goals and engagement.
• Lead student-related activities and service committees, including meetings and policy requirements for domestic and international enrollment.
• Oversee curriculum records, documentation, and course offering information; drive curriculum review and implementation with faculty.
• Manage onboarding for new staff and student employees, including materials and process documentation.
• Perform additional duties in support of Graduate Program operations and strategic priorities.
