Job summary

University of Houston System seeks a proactive professional to manage daily operations within the Bauer Graduate Programs. You will maintain relationships with faculty, staff, applicants and partners, coordinating admissions events and projects, and presenting to diverse audiences to promote graduate programs.

You will build reports on application trends and enrollment, manage CRM communications, and advise prospects through the admissions process with exceptional customer service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in CRM and admissions preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining key relationships with faculty, staff, prospects, applicants, organizations and businesses.
• Planning, organizing and executing recruitment and admissions events and projects.
• Presenting to both small and large audiences in relation to promoting the Graduate Programs.
• Building reports, including competitor analysis, application trends, and enrollment reports for the Master’s programs.
