Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Leadership, Humanities, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Leadership, Humanities, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to CETL leadership and affiliated initiatives, coord in meetings and learning communities, maintain records and communications.
• Provide logistical support for Institute for Immigration Studies events: promote, register, cater, secure venues, and prepare program materials.
• Supervise and develop undergraduate student workers and Federal Work-Study students; support student leadership and teams.
• Support remote professional development programs via Microsoft Teams and other videoconferencing platforms; promote, record, archive, and distribute materials.
• Maintain and update CETL and IIS digital platforms; organize Teams channels, member records, and event postings for engagement.
• Assist in identifying grant opportunities, draft content, gather materials, and track submissions and outcomes.
• Maintain common spaces, program materials, and resources; assist with purchases and promotions for campus visibility.
