Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Enrollment Coordination: Maintain and update schedule of classes for undergraduate and graduate courses across modalities and sessions.
• Graduate Program Coordination: Coordinate graduate program application and admissions process with GradApp, orientation, and graduation events.
• Administrative Support: Support Directors of Undergraduate and Graduate Studies, Curriculum Committee, and Administration Manager; handle daily operations.
• Graduate student support: Assist graduate student advisors, track progress with GradPath, and manage scholarship/ funding logistics.
• Events and logistics: Collaborate on events, committee meetings, orientations, speaker visits, and retreats.
