Job summary

NMSU's Graduate School is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Student Program Coordinator to support graduate students from admission through graduation. The SPC manages and processes student records, documentation, and degree certification, ensuring accurate and timely completion of processes.

Reporting to the Provost Office, this role requires strong organization, excellent customer service, and discretion with confidential information.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive administrative support for graduate student admissions, progression, and degree certification.
• Manages and processes student records and required documentation through the graduate lifecycle.
• Communicates requirements, deadlines, and status with applicants, students, departments, and faculty.
• Reviews records for degree/certification completion and ensures timely submission.
• Maintains confidentiality and delivers professional customer service to students and staff.
