Job summary

University of North Florida seeks a Graduate Program Coordinator to support graduate student recruitment, enrollment, retention, progression and graduation across the Brooks College of Health. You will coordinate advising, monitor academic progress, manage communications, and help implement student success initiatives.

You will serve as a primary contact for students, assist with registration and holds, compile reports, ensure FERPA compliance, and collaborate with program directors and partners

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise graduate students on academic policies, registration, and degree requirements.
• Monitor degree progress, maintain records, and prepare enrollment and graduation reports.
• Collaborate with program directors, faculty, and university offices to enhance student success.
