Job summary

This role focuses on comprehensive advising coordination, academic progress monitoring, communications management, and student success initiatives, working with program directors and university offices to promote degree completion.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support graduate student onboarding and orientation activities; assist with enrollment yield, retention, persistence, and student engagement.
• Maintain and monitor student degree progress records using Degree Works and other university systems; prepare reports on enrollment, advising, progression, and graduation.
• Collaborate with graduate program directors, faculty, the Graduate School, BCH Academic Advisors, and Enrollment Services to support graduate student success.
