The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Education and Human Sciences (SEHS) is seeking a detail-oriented, student-focused Graduate Program Manager to support the successful delivery and continuous improvement of its graduate programs, with emphasis on doctoral and non-teacher education master's programs. This position plays a key role in managing program operations, supporting faculty and student needs, and ensuring alignment with institutional policies and goals. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Programs, the Graduate Program Coordinator serves as the central point of contact for coordinating administrative and operational aspects of graduate education across SEHS departments.
To coordinate the administrative and student support functions of graduate programs within UAB's School of Education and Human Sciences. To facilitiate communication among students, faculty, applicants, and university partners. To support efficient program operations and compliance with academic and institutional requirements.
Salary Range: $45,395 - $73,770
Bachelor's degree required in Education, Higher Education Administration, or a related field and three (3) years of related experience required. Master's degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, or a related field preferred.
