Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalency required.
• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative tasks to support graduate students, including record-keeping and scheduling.
• Assists in advising on degree requirements and progress tracking.
• Participates in recruitment and campus programming for graduate students.
• Coordinates admission portfolios for graduate committees and exams/defenses.
• Supports graduate student orientation, conferences, and professional development events.
• Acts as liaison between department and Graduate School to share information.
