Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Graduate and Professional Admissions Specialist 2 to evaluate credentials for admission and assist the Manager of the evaluation area. You will liaise with professional programs, support recruitment events, and update prerequisite checklists in the SIS system.

Responsibilities include advising applicants on prerequisite coursework, reviewing transcripts, and ensuring timely credential evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates domestic or international credentials to ensure minimum admissions criteria.
• Acts as liaison to professional programs and supports Buckeye Bound and Buckeye Preview events.
• Advises applicants on prerequisite courses to fulfill requirements.
• Maintains credential records in SIS and ensures timely completion of evaluations.
