Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and ERP systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
• Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and contracts.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Assist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers under guidance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Track order status and resolve delivery issues or discrepancies.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support in developing strong supplier relationships.
• Assist in preparing reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.
