Job summary

Anaergia is seeking a Graduate Process Engineer to contribute to design and execution of projects in anaerobic digestion and biogas facilities. You will work under supervision to develop PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, and design documentation while coordinating with Business Development and Project Engineering teams.

The role includes lab testing, pilot projects, and hands-on support during commissioning and operation to optimize processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering; master’s degree is a plus.
0–2 years of relevant experience or studies.
Ability to read architectural, mechanical, and electrical plans.
Proficiency with CAD software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

Perform basic and detailed design engineering for anaerobic digestion plants and related systems.
Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
Carry out process engineering calculations including heat and material balances.
Prepare basis of design documents and equipment sizing data.
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure coordinated deliverables.
Support commissioning and plant optimization with operations teams.
