Job summary

Amp Americas is seeking a Project & Process Engineer to optimize biogas facilities through process engineering, continuous improvement, and project execution. You will identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency while delivering small modifications, improvement projects, and select capital initiatives from concept to commissioning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
3–8 years of relevant engineering experience.
Experience taking projects from concept through commissioning.
Strong ability to troubleshoot processing problems.
Familiarity with process safety practices preferred.
Experience with biogas or related technologies is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve plant performance, energy efficiency, reliability, uptime, operating costs and environmental performance.
Lead or support root-cause analysis of process and operational problems.
Develop process calculations, mass and energy balances, equipment sizing and technical specifications.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, contractors, and operations resources.
Manage project cost, schedule, scope, quality and safety.
Support equipment selection and ensure proper documentation and interfaces.
