Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Graduate Pharmacy Intern program to train graduates in pharmacy operations within our retail stores. You will work under a licensed pharmacist, complete a 120‑day training roadmap, and contribute to safe, accurate prescription fulfillment while delivering compassionate service to patients.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, adherence to SOPs, and development toward a pharmacist role, with immunization and patient-care tasks as part of the experience.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines. Failure to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation will result in separation of employment.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Supporting patient safety and accurate prescription fulfillment under supervision
• Delivering additional patient health care services where allowable by law and trained to do so
