Job summary

CVS Health in the United States offers a Graduate Pharmacy Intern program designed to translate classroom learning into real-world practice within a 120-day training roadmap. You will work under a preceptor, contribute to safe, accurate dispensing, and advance toward pharmacist licensure while learning district and regional operations.

You will support immunizations, patient counseling, and high‑quality service, with opportunities to grow into higher responsibilities across stores in the market

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Contribute to patient safety and accuracy in prescription fulfillment.
• Counsel patients, answer questions, and provide empathetic care.
• Maintain SOPs, provide coaching to team members, and support operations.
• Assist with immunizations, screenings, and other services where allowed.
