Job summary

CVS Health in Boston, MA invites applications for a Graduate Pharmacy Intern. You will apply your didactic learning to real-world practice, work under a preceptor, and complete a 120‑day training roadmap to deepen patient safety and quality assurance.

You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate dispensing, provide caring service, and learn SOPs while preparing for Pharmacist responsibilities. The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before starting the program.
• Ability to obtain active pharmacist licensure within state guidelines (120 days).
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures to ensure accurate dispensing.
• Assist immunizations and patient counseling under supervision.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and teamwork.
