Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is offering a Graduate Pharmacy Intern position within our retail pharmacy teams. You will apply your didactic knowledge to real-world pharmacy practice and complete a structured training roadmap over 120 days, gaining exposure to store, district, and regional operations while focusing on patient safety and quality care.

As you progress, you’ll take on greater responsibility under supervision, assist with immunizations and patient counseling, and learn to navigate

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Attend regularly and be available for nights and weekends as needed
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe
• Ensure patient safety and accurate prescription processing
• Counsel patients and provide empathetic service within SOPs
• Assist with immunizations and other pharmacist-supported services where allowed
• Support pharmacy team and maintain accurate records and communication
