Job summary

CVS Health invites qualified candidates to join its Graduate Pharmacy Intern program. You will apply classroom learning to real-world practice under a licensed preceptor and complete a comprehensive 120‑day training roadmap focused on store operations, patient safety, and quality assurance.

As part of the pharmacy team, you will help ensure safe and efficient dispensing, learn drug utilization review, and support immunizations and other patient services where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure that prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by law and training.
• Maintain high patient safety standards and adhere to SOPs and policies.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients with questions and needs.
