Job summary

CVS Health's Graduate Pharmacy Intern program invites you to apply classroom learning to real-world pharmacy operations. You will train under a licensed pharmacist, supporting the team to fill prescriptions safely and deliver compassionate service in our stores.

This part-time internship offers hands-on experience across patient care, immunizations, and medication safety while preparing you for a pharmacist role after graduation. DC area locations and travel within the market may be required.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Provide patient services with empathy and care, under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Assist with immunizations, counseling, and medication reviews as approved by state law and training.
