Job summary

CVS Health’s Graduate Pharmacy Intern program invites PharmD graduates to apply didactic learning to real-world practice under supervision to prepare for a Pharmacist role. You will follow a 120‑day training roadmap to deepen patient safety, drug utilization review, and professional standards.

You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure prompt, safe prescription fulfillment, and contribute to a caring, inclusive culture while learning SOPs and effective communication.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a US-accredited program before starting the Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within state guidelines in a timely manner.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Attend required training and complete the roadmap within 120 days of graduation.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and provide caring service to patients and colleagues.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient privacy and security in all interactions.
• Support immunizations, DUR reviews, and other services where permitted by law.
