Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Graduate Pharmacy Intern program that trains you to apply your pharmacy school learnings to real-world practice. You will work under a preceptor and gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations within 120 days of graduation.

You will learn patient safety, DUR/PHARMA standards, and develop competencies to prepare for a Pharmacist role, while supporting a high-performing, inclusive pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate or equivalent required (US-accredited).
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within state guidelines and timeframe.
• Intern/technician licensure in progress or held as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients with empathy and accurate medication dispensing.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe, prompt, and courteous service.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient safety and privacy standards.
• Support immunization services and vaccine-related activities where permitted.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and technicians to optimize workflow and education.
