Job summary

CVS Health’s Graduate Pharmacy Intern program trains you to apply your didactic learning in real-world pharmacy operations. Under a preceptor, you’ll complete a 120-day comprehensive training roadmap spanning store, district, and regional operations to prepare for a Pharmacist role.

You will learn to enhance patient safety, participate in drug utilization reviews, and deliver high-quality, empathetic service while adhering to SOPs and professional standards across all pharmacy tasks.

Qualifications

• Pharmacists-in-training must complete a PharmD program.
• Ability to obtain state pharmacist licensure within required timeframe.
• Intern/technician licensure as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription processing.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient safety and privacy.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law.
