Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning to real-world practice and prepare for a Pharmacist role within our retail pharmacy teams. You will work under a preceptor and complete a 120‑day training roadmap across store, district, and regional operations.

Through hands-on experience, you will deepen your knowledge of patient safety, SOPs, and personalized care, while supporting prescription processing, counseling, and coordinated immunization efforts

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program.
• Eligibility to obtain pharmacist licensure within state-required timeframe.
• In-process or holding intern/technician licensure as required by state laws.

Responsibilities

• Attend training and complete the 120-day roadmap across store, district, and regional operations.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure accurate and safe prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service and counseling as appropriate.
• Support immunizations or related services where allowed by law and training.
• Maintain SOP compliance and proper documentation of activities.
