Job summary

CVS Health in New Jersey is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning in real-world pharmacy practice and support patient care. You will work under a licensed pharmacist, following SOPs to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate service.

You will participate in immunizations, drug utilization review (DUR), and counseling while developing essential professional skills for a future Pharmacist role in a patient‑centered setting.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post‑Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within state guidelines.
• Must obtain licensure within 120 days of graduation or employment may be terminated.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacists and Technicians in ensuring patient safety and high-quality service.
• Process prescriptions and follow SOPs for safe and accurate dispensing.
• Counsel patients, answer questions, and support immunizations and other services when appropriate.
