Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc. is seeking a New College Graduate for a six-month onboarding program as an Operations Supervisor.

The role focuses on frontline leadership within our distribution centers, supervising a shift of hourly associates and developing essential leadership skills for personal and team growth. The program starts in June 2027 and offers shadowing, resources and support to prepare graduates for successful careers in logistics management.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (Logistics, Engineering or Business) set to graduate in Dec 2026 or May 2027.
• Experience with computer applications, data entry and web-based applications (Microsoft Office).
• Flexible on shift and willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a shift of hourly associates, providing leadership, motivation, training and development.
• Promote safety as a business value and ensure compliance with safety practices.
• Assist with inbound/outbound shipments, inventory accuracy and warehouse workflow using the WMS and timekeeping system.
• Create and use metrics to manage operations and report weekly performance.
• Collaborate with the Department Manager to ensure safe, efficient operations.
