ODW Logistics is seeking a New College Graduate to join the Emerge Program as an Operations Supervisor. The 6‑month onboarding begins June 2027, designed to build leadership skills and hands-on logistics experience in a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and graduating in December 2026 or May 2027.
• Computer applications and data entry experience with Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility on shift and open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a shift of hourly associates and provide leadership to the team.
• Promote safety and ensure adherence to procedures and inventory controls.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, picking, staging, and equipment operation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes with teams and customers.
• Develop operational improvements and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.
